The main objective of the course is to train students on how to tackle a
specialized topic in the engineering field while working in a
multidisciplinary team. This requires the students to identify and
understand the design problem appropriate standards objectives and
deliverables define the general requirements conduct a literature survey
consider and integrate multiple realistic constraints, and define and
properly use clear evaluation criteria. A well-referenced report and a
group presentation are required by the end of the course.
